Refund Policy

Returns are possible within 30 days. The following information is required to process your exchange/refund request:

  • Products must be in original condition with original labels and tags.
  • The packaging must not be damaged and should remain in its original state.
  • The return shipment must include a return form. [Download a return form]
  • The returned goods must not show signs of use.
  • Order number.
  • Photo or video material that clearly demonstrates the issue (for products that are damaged, not as described, or incorrectly received).

If the issue is found to be valid, we will cover all costs and ensure a replacement is provided as soon as possible.

If the returned goods do not meet these conditions, unfortunately, we will not be able to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we suspect they have been used or damaged outside of our fault.

Always check if your package has a Track & Trace code. Without proof of shipment with a Track & Trace code, lost return shipments will not be reimbursed. Sending your return without a Track & Trace code is at your own risk. As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, including any customs fees. Return shipping costs will not be refunded. If the package status is shown as "lost in transit," we are not responsible for the return shipment.

(Note that high return shipping costs may apply when returning items to China, ranging from €15-25.)

Once we have received your return, we will notify you via email that the return has been received. We will refund the purchase amount to your account within a few days after we have processed your return.

Exceptions to the Right of Return

Unfortunately, products that meet one or more of the following conditions cannot be returned:

  • Sealed Products: If the seal has been broken, these products cannot be returned.
  • Custom-Made Products: Products that have been manufactured by the seller according to the consumer's specifications (customized items).
  • Personal Products: Products that are clearly of a personal nature.
  • Products that cannot be returned due to their nature.
  • Hygiene Products: Underwear, lingerie, tights, and care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. These products will not be processed for returns.
  • Return within 30 Days: Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Order Cancellation

You can only cancel your order within 5 minutes after placing it. After 5 minutes, orders are processed, and cancellation is no longer possible.

To cancel your order, you can contact us immediately after placing the order.

Return shipments are always at the sender's risk. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
